Why don't I see my workouts in Apple Fitness+?

Make sure you've granted HealthKit permissions when prompted. Workouts should appear in the Fitness app within a few minutes. Check the "Workouts" section in Apple Health to verify they were saved.

My Exercise ring (green) isn't updating. Why?

Exercise ring updates can take 5-15 minutes to sync. Make sure your Apple Watch is unlocked and on your wrist. The watch needs to be connected to your iPhone for Activity ring updates.

How do I create workout templates?

Tap the "+" button on the main screen, fill in your workout details, and save. The template will appear in your list for quick future access.

Can I edit or delete templates?

Yes! Swipe left on any template to reveal Edit and Delete options. You can also tap on a template to use it as a starting point and adjust values before saving.

Does OneClickTraining work without an Apple Watch?

Absolutely! OneClickTraining is designed specifically for situations when you can't or don't want to wear your Apple Watch. Your workouts will still appear in Apple Health and Fitness+ on your iPhone.

Where is my data stored?

All your workout data is stored locally in Apple Health on your device. OneClickTraining doesn't store any data on external servers or in the cloud.

Why do I need HealthKit permissions?

OneClickTraining needs HealthKit permissions to save your workouts to Apple Health and make them appear in the Fitness app. Without these permissions, the app cannot function properly.
